    Summary
    The Youth Mental Health First Aid course will provide you with the skills and confidence to assist young people (aged 11 to 18+) who may be experiencing a mental health challenge or mental health crisis, until the crisis resolves or professional help is accessed, using a practical evidence-based action plan. This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert knowledge and experience of people with lived experience of mental health challenges and clinical professionals.
