There will be a mix of presentations as well as hands-on interactive sessions to put learning into action.

SDHB7-008 SDHB PDRP Portfolio Workshop
Registration not availableThis workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding on PDRP submission requirements at all PDRP levels and introduce ePortfolios. As part of this workshop all participants will have time to work on their portfolio with support from the workshop facilitator. Attendees must complete HealthLearn Course RGIT003 ePortfolio prior to attending the workshop to access the ePortfolio and get maximum benefit from the session. This is likely to change with implementation of new national PDRP.

MATE2-003 Maternity Study Day
Registration not availableDesired Learning Outcomes: Midwives, postnatal nurses and NICU nurses will learn about and understand issues they may come across when working with breastfeeding women and build their confidence and competence with breastfeeding support. Midwives and nurses will also review other topics relevant to working on the maternity/birthing unit. These topics will be selected from reviews, audits, safety first of adverse events to enhance patient safety, patient centred care and skills.
