Workshop Content A full day 8-hour workshop that strives to deliver fetal surveillance education that includes an appreciation of the physiology of fetal heart rate control with the aim of reducing adverse perinatal outcomes. It is a face-to-face session will review the current RANZCOG Intrapartum fetal surveillance clinical guideline, the normal CTG and the abnormal CTG – focusing on interpretation and management. There is a MCQ assessment.

Desired Learning Outcomes
Participant will feel more confident and competent in assessing and addressing CTG tracings and understanding fetal heart rate control and the utero-placental unit during intrapartum and how it affects the CTG tracing.
