Course Overview: This workshop aims to provide participants with knowledge regarding submission requirements for all PDRP levels. As part of this workshop all participants will have significant time to work on Self-Assessment, Peer-Assessment and /or appraisal with support from the PDRP Co-ordinator.

Description

Desired Learning Outcomes:

On completion of the workshop participants will:
• Have started their own hard copy portfolio or e-portfolio.
• Understand the requirements for a Competent Level portfolio integrating the principles outlined in the Whakamaua Māori Health Action plan 2020-2025
• Understand the requirements for a Proficient Level and Expert / Accomplished Level portfolio, and what constitutes quality evidence.
• Be able to write self-assessment examples which meet NCNZ and PDRP requirements.
• Be able to provide appropriate feedback to peers.
*Additional workshop outcomes can be tailored to participants on the day

You are welcome to bring your own laptop (especially if you are not a Te Whatu Ora member)

 

Load PDRP documents (appraisal / self-assessment and workbook) prior to arrival so you can save them and work on them in the afternoon session.
• If your intension is to complete an e-Portfolio, ensure you have completed the health learn course prior to attendance - RGIT003
