Description

This course is for Primary Care general practice employees, WellSouth employees and others with prior approval.

Please read the following information carefully. All online learning must be completed before attending the in person practical session.

Prior to attending an in person physical skills assessment drop-in session, you are required to complete the Te Whatu Ora Southern Immediate Life Support CPR training (SRNR008) online training and assessment on Health Learn via this link.

HealthLearn information:

Individuals are not able to set up a HealthLearn account via the website. To set up an account, please email your name, position and personal email address to healthlearn@wellsouth.org.nz. Account set up takes 24-48 hours from receipt of email.

If you are having trouble with logging into your account or unsure if you have an account - please email HealthLearn@wellsouth.org.nz and we will be able to help.

Once you have completed your online assessment, you will need to bring proof of completion with you to an in person drop-in session / skills assessment. It is in the in-person session where you will demonstrate on the CPR mannequin and receive your final assessment.

It is important to note that you will need to complete both the online and in person component for a valid CPR certification.

Please enquire via workforce@wellsouth.org.nz if you are wanting a team assessment at your practice as we may be able to offer this. This course continues to be for Primary Care general practice employees, WellSouth employees and others with prior approval.

Maximum of 6 registrants per session - requests for attendees above this amount to be considered in coordination with the instructor. Please contact workforce@wellsouth.org.nz
