Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend you have several options: Send a substitute delegate in your place at no charge. 

Confirm your cancellation in writing (email or letter) at least 15 working days prior to the event to be considered for a refund (minus $10+ gst service charge per registrant). Exceptional circumstances will be considered. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date or for delegates who fail to appear on the day.  

Event Cancellation:

In the event that this event cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of WellSouth (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of WellSouth, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to WellSouth, event host or any other individual associated with the event organisation.  Under these circumstances, WellSouth reserve the right to refund the fees paid minus credit card fees incurred.

Substitution delegates may be made at any time.  If you wish to substitute a delegate, you must notify WellSouth in writing or via the phone at the earliest opportunity and at least 48 hours before the event begins.
