Description
The interactive two-day workshop covers:
• Learning styles and frameworks
• Teaching a skill – this requires a short homework task to be completed
• Constructive communication and feedback
• Managing conflict situations
• Assessing and documenting performance
• Tertiary providers panel
• Implicit bias
The workshop incorporates a variety of teaching methods inclusive of group work, role play and activities to develop your knowledge and confidence to support students, new staff, graduates RN and ENs and Internationally Qualified Nurses (IQN).
