This training is part two of a series of a three-day orientation programme, mandatory for all newly employed HCAs. The day is designed to also cater to existing HCAs (knowledge refresher) and to newly employed nursing staff. The day is packed full of interesting and evidence-based topics around patient care, collaborative teamwork, communication and safety. There will be a mix of presentations as well as hands-on interactive sessions to put learning into action.
