Description

Calling all primary care referrers!  WellSouth and the Mental Health Addiction & Intellectual Disability Directorate, Health NZ Southern are holding a series of local workshops later this year. The catered events, to be held on weekday evenings in convenient locations, are an opportunity to hear updates from your area's Community Mental Health Team and to discuss referral and discharge challenges and potential solutions. The workshops will offer a chance to learn from each other with the aim of offering the best service we can to tāngata whaiora struggling with mental health illness.

GPs, nurse practitioners and other primary care referrers are invited, and registration will be announced soon - places are limited.
